House Maintenance – How we Keep our Home in Tip-Top Shape

Homeownership comes with some additional responsibilities such as house maintenance. While keeping the house clean, there are multiple tasks which should be done at least annually to keep the house in good shape and avoid costly repairs in the future.

I build this simple checklist which not only helps to check on the well-being of our house while living in it. The checklist can also be used to prepare the house for selling. Fixing these little things prior to selling, will not only give a better first impression but also less findings on the home inspection report.
